Painful Long Half-Life of Trauma: Did Prince William Marry His Mother?
It was September 6, 1997. A number of psychics such as myself
entered a grief trance. We became one with the trauma of Princes William and Harry as
they walked behind the coffin of their mother Diana. The pain, I keep picking up, likely
hasn’t abated in substantive ways. (Currently, it is agreed, placing them in that forever visual of their personal histories was thoughtless and cruel.)
Here we are. It is said that boys marry their mother and Harry
seemed to do exactly that in choosing Meghan Markle. Like Diana, she was never
going to fit in. There was going to be lots of hurt to go around.
The surprise, though, is that the supposedly
less fragile William might also have married his mother in choosing Kate
Middleton. We don’t know that, do we? But there is reason to speculate that’s
might have been exactly what occurred.
Amid the conspiracy theories circling about MIA
Middleton (There has been a recent photo op of her mother driving her in car), is
this one in the 03-11-24 edition of The
National Enquirer. The cover story is that Middleton is
battling the same eating disorder Diana had: bulimia. That is the bingeing and
purging disease. Yes, it is a disease. Like myriad compulsions, it is difficult
to treat.
According to the Mayo
Clinic it could be life-threatening. Essentially, how
it plays out is that:
“You may judge yourself severely
and harshly for what you see as flaws in your appearance and personality.
Bulimia is related to how you see yourself — not just about food.”
In our tarot sessions both females and males
plagued with bulimia tell me that food is the only thing they feel they can
control. What we work on together is loosening from the subconscious where the belief - that they are ineffective in life - comes from. That’s a solid start. It was a provocative
article in The
New York Times which saluted the Tarot as a tool for
self-awareness and introspection.
If The National Enquirer is onto something,
then Middleton likely has a difficult road to recovery ahead. As the wife of
William and mother of three wee ones, her pain can darken their own lives.
There also could be another spin-off.
When Jane Fonda disclosed she was bulimic, it
allegedly set off a tidal wave of those with body-image challenges jumping in
at the deep end. Supposedly their mindset was: “So, that’s how Jane Fonda stays
thin. That can work for me too.”
A similar phenomenon can set loose globally.
“So, that’s how Kate Middleton does it …”
What I am discerning in the worldwide energy force
field is that, with the intensifying threats to white-collar employment, there
will be more rushing to have a sense of control through maintaining a fit
appearance through bulimia.
I remind those suffering with food disorders:
This is out-of-control behavior. Not a strategy for control. Like all obsessions, it takes over.
