 Success is a mental game. That extends from outfoxing the competitor to transcending performance anxiety to self-forgiveness.


Failure comes from listening to the "committee" in your head. Members of that committee bring up the past, mock your dreams and hammer all the obstacles out there supposedly operating against you.

Together you and I identify the committee messages. Then we replace them with the realities of what you can do for employers, clients and customers. You may be an employee. You may be self-employed. I have experience with both.

In the process you create a new story. Together we put that new story in your marketing materials: resumes, cover letters, interviews, presentations, client/customer communications, social media and more.

About Me. I added intuitive coaching and tarot readings to my menu of services because of this: I observed how self-defeating professionals become after a setback. It could as basic as not getting a promotion or as big as the collapse of the sector in which they had been a winner.

Aging - Holding On To Sense Of A Self

  The Wall Street Journal fingers retirement for the epidemic of a loss of self among the aging.  However, the process can kick in as soon as anyone senses they are no longer young. Gone is their youthful self. Denying aging, they don't invest in creating a new self - and continually bringing up to date that identity. By time there is a shift from a demanding career to part-time, freelance, entrepreneurial or no work there is no emotional, physical and spiritual platform to keep building on. In the Tarot there are myriad cards which salute moving on and breaking free from the past, even though there is so much uncertainty about the present and the future.  My favorite card for that is the Eight of Cups. We Are All Paul Weiss - And Now We Are Different

 Paul Weiss has been the tipping point.  The Executive Order by the current administration - the third issued - got to us. How vulnerable we all are to power. Forget the grade school lessons about what America is about. Forget how university deans caved during our counterculture protests.  Yes, and forget "rights"  as being sacred. Here's what we now know. The key driven in that EO was that a lawyer who had been a partner at Paul Weiss years ago - Mark Pomerantz - had landed on the US President's enemies list. Of course there were other things about Paul Weiss, such as its mission for diversity, which didn't sit well with MAGA ideology. But that stuff probably was small potatoes.
